University of Kentucky is not a Catholic college. This rating measures Catholic life on campus: campus ministry, priests, Mass and confession, student groups, and nearby parishes.

Holy Spirit Parish, which the Diocese of Lexington lists as the University of Kentucky Newman Center, serves UK students from 320 Rose Lane in Lexington; its pastor is Fr. Anthony McLaughlin, and FOCUS lists eight missionaries at UK. The diocese's 2025-26 directory lists a Saturday 6 PM Mass and four Sunday Masses, Mass at 12:10 PM Monday through Saturday, and confession six days a week. The ministry's own website (uknewman.com) blocks automated access.
