University of North Carolina at Charlotte is not a Catholic college. This rating measures Catholic life on campus: campus ministry, priests, Mass and confession, student groups, and nearby parishes.

UNC Charlotte Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM) is a ministry of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, with its CCM Center on the parish grounds at 1400 Suther Road. Fr. Joseph Yellico, the parish's priest in residence, is its campus minister and chaplain. CCM invites students to the parish's Sunday 5 PM Mass, and the parish lists Mass every day, a Saturday vigil and four Sunday Masses, confession five days a week, and a perpetual adoration chapel. CCM meets every Wednesday at 6:30 PM for a dinner provided by parish families followed by a speaker, adoration, or a social activity, and its students volunteer on campus, in parish ministries, and in the community.
